Yes, we can do Asspresso Coaching over zoom. I give you a talk on how to do it and why. I share how to set up your bathroom and then talk you through it. Of course, your video is off at that point :) but Im right beside you over zoom talking you through it answering your questions.
Coffee enema supplies not included in the fee. You may already have the right supplies but if not, you can also go ahead and order the Perfect Enema Supplies here in my shop. Highly recommended. If you are set on using your own kit, that is fine. I will then either order all the supplies to be sent to you at additional cost averaging around $90-$140 depending on the shipping costs, or I can send you a link for you to order them. Allow 2 weeks for the supplies to arrive. I use very specific supplies for the PERFECT coffee enema! Many people are using toxic supplies and it is essential that you get the right ones.

EVERYONE needs to individualize this detox routine to fit their unique needs. Which is why I started offering the Asspresso Coaching. For years I just referred people to Gerson and people were afraid and or had bad experience the first time trying it and did not stick with it.
