60 - 90 Minutes in home coaching where I bring all the supplies you are going to need and show you how to do the coffee enema safely gently and with zero mess. Truly, this is the best way to do a coffee enema and I have researched all the kits and coffees and techniques on the market perfecting this personal care detox so it is a wonderful experience for you. Your perfect coffee enema supplies include a non toxic enema kit, 12 oz of coffee beans that is organic and truly pure, lab verified, (enough for 2 weeks daily coffee enemas), steel strainer and a few goodies. (Supplies included retail for $90).

Complete the below questionnaire so I can learn more about your health and unique needs for detox. Best if you let family members know that the bathroom is all yours for a good hour so I can help you learn how to set everything up and go over tips and techniques. We will need to use your kitchen also for a little bit prior doing the enema.
I am available to you via text and email to answer your questions afterwards. Coffee enemas NEED to be individualized. People who try it on their own often get frustrated and give up. I can help you get the most benefits from it and make it enjoyable! If you want more coaching in person or over zoom, we can schedule time for that as well, but most people do great with just the one time Asspresso Coaching and some texting / emailing afterwards.
